AAAAhhhh!

Yeah... aaaahhhh! I almost got the right hook yesterday.

I was in most of the right turn lane, had signaled and was about twenty feet from the corner. When an SUV with paper plates came around my left, halfway in the turn lane and half in the through lane and turned in front of me. Now I had been doing approx. 20mph prior to the turn, so I don't think i was impeding traffic. Oh well, She must have needed to be somewhere better than meeting my daughter at her school.

Uuuhhh...

Well, that was way too much! Food that is. Went down to great grandmas for Thanksgiving, my job since her husband passed is to carve the bird. I think this year when I started there was actually a little puff of dust. But we must make some concessions, she is 89 after all, and the dark meat that I go for was fine. My wife outdid herself with the pies. She also made homemade ice cream for ala mode mmm... I think I'll go have another piece.

I feel like I made the "big time"! I was just looking at Cyclelicious and saw a post about the bicycle haiku I wrote. He also mentioned Safe Routes to School which is a program we are promoting at many of the schools in the area.

Introduction

This is my first attempt at a more interactive web presence. I have created and managed web sites in the past but the content rarely changed.

I don't really have a plan for content here, just whatever I seem to be interested in.

Items that might appear are varied. Such as: bicycles and cycling, soccer, coaching soccer and basketball with young children. Bipolar disorder in children. Beer. Food. Whine (no, I spelled it right).
